RESPONSIBLITIES
Assist Accounting Managers with all accounting facets and project needs. Internal accounting, preparing cost reports and submitting to bank for monthly draw request, on a daily basis - resolve any inquiries made by clients, vendors, project managers and CEO, processing manual checks and perform monthly check runs. Identifying and monitoring project revenue \ cost variance, preparing bank reconciliation, analyzing project data for completeness and accuracy, issuing, reviewing client invoices and tracking revenue, performing cost to budget comparisons and analysis with graphs, reviewing contract terms and associated information. Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job. Works under immediate supervision. Primary job functions do not typically require exercising independent judgment.
QUALIFICATIONS
Requires a high school diploma or its equivalent with 0-3 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
